海蛎煎,福州及闽东一带传统的特色风味小吃。圆形,色呈金黄,壳酥喷鼻,馅鲜美,可零丁当零食吃。而在我们苏北人家很少做这道菜,孩大年夜舅一家过节回来陪父母带了些海鲜回来,其它的都好制作,或蒸或煮,海蛎用这简单措施做是第一次考试测验,味道还可以。
质料:海蛎、山芋粉、韭菜、鸡蛋
将质料倒入盆中搅拌成糊,平底锅加底油烧热放入糊煎至两面金黄装盘。
